The place has marvellous and beautiful location an in house restaurant.

Top setting in the downtown area, close enough to a bus stop to the main railway station, the center and christmas markets and the main sights. For tea or coffee visit Tribeka nearby...

we had a really really nice stay in graz. the staff were very kind and pleasant, assisted us with the free shuttle service and laundry. very central location was a plus.

The area was really noisy.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have a fabulous bathtub. The staff is attentive to detail and the breakfast offers a good selection of food. The location is convenient, as it is only a 10-minute walk from the train station and city center.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave. The restaurant here was small with the guests at the restaurant, we both ordered delicious dishes. We loved the charming atmosphere of the hotel, it felt like stepping into a fairy tale house. The newly renovated indoor areas were a pleasant surprise, and our warm and cozy room made us feel at home. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was good. We were impressed by the original pieces of furniture throughout the hotel. The staff went above and beyond in their hospitality, even offering me a box of glasses when I forgot mine. We also received a thoughtful thank you email after our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few minutes from the center of Graz. There is even a small market across the street that is open daily, adding to the convenience. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and big, and the basic amenities are provided. this hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices.

The only small aspect that could be improved is the breakfast options, as there weren't too many choices. However, this hotel still offers a nice breakfast with good service.
